Dramm announces leadership changes ahead of retirement

The Dramm Corp. has announced leadership changes as longtime retail director of sales and marketing Ron Greening prepares to retire at the end of December 2025.

Greening has been with the company for more than 35 years, beginning in operations before moving into sales. Over his career, he contributed to product development across commercial, livestock, fertilizer and retail segments. As retail director, he led expansion of Dramm’s lawn and garden product line, merchandising displays and overall retail presence.

Russell Blackwell has been promoted to director of retail sales. Blackwell, who joined Dramm in 2001, will oversee sales and marketing for the retail segment while continuing to manage sales in the Eastern U.S. He brings more than 35 years of horticulture experience and has worked closely with Greening for over a decade.

Dramm also appointed Danielle Caldwell as western retail sales manager. Caldwell has 14 years of retail account management experience and will support representatives and distributors throughout the Western U.S. She will also collaborate with Blackwell and the marketing team on new programs and product introductions.

“I am very excited and honored to be a part of the team,” said Caldwell. “A quote from Albert Einstein that I admire is, ‘Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.’”

President Hans Dramm thanked Greening for his service and said the leadership transition positions the company for future growth.
