MSU Researchers Present Webinar on Holding Crops

When crops can’t be shipped on time, there are things you can do to help hold plants in the greenhouse. Commercial greenhouse growers can implement practices to slow down growth and maintain crop quality, such as: lowering the temperature, reducing fertility, applying PGRs, and cutting back crops.

Erik Runkle and Roberto Lopez of Michigan State University discussed these strategies and how and when to implement them during a webinar on April 8.
