Have You Met the Class of 2019 Yet? By Tim Hodson

Have you had a chance to look at your May issue of GPN yet?

If you haven’t, make it a point to find it and turn to page 14 to meet GPN’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2019. You will not be disappointed.

Once again, we have another outstanding class of young men and women who you need to know about.

Now in our eighth year, GPN’s 40 Under 40 program is designed to provide you with a snapshot (actually 40 of them) of the young professionals who will be responsible for shaping the future of our industry. May 2019 GPN

The Class of 2019 is really loaded with talent and potential. Each and every one of this year’s honorees was nominated by their horticulture industry peers, based on personal and professional accomplishments.

They are all trailblazers under the age of 40 who personify superior leadership, creativity, innovative thinking, excellence and compassion in and outside the horticulture field!

I’m sure you will agree that this year’s class is incredibly impressive.

If you are headed to Cultivate’19 later this summer, you will have an opportunity to meet many of these individuals. On Monday, July 15, there will be a Mix ‘n Mingle with the Class of 2019 session.

It will take place at 10:30 a.m. in the AmericanHort membership booth right on the trade show floor of the Columbus Convention Center. It is open to all Cultivate attendees.

In the meantime, what are you waiting for? It’s time to meet the Class of 2019.

If the print edition of the magazine isn’t handy, just click here to access the article on the GPN website.
