• Made the transition from breeder to customer/grower relations to help identify what realities and struggles the industry is facing every day and applying that to her business.

• As a production manager, she revamped, built and motivated a previously challenged production team to always be ahead of schedule or on time with production needs (both live goods and hard goods).

When she’s off the clock, Lorentina enjoys listening to music, hiking, crafting and hanging out with her dogs.

Lorentina graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in horticulture in only three years while working full time and paying her own way through college.
