• Responsible for advancing company into the digital age by designing its first website, launching a digital marketing effort, creating an online catalog and converting the sales team to a CRM.

• Expanded company’s consumer base by creating, marketing and servicing multiple retail programs, resulting in additional volume in the retail channel.

When she’s not working, Caitlin enjoys doing interior design and remodeling projects. “Not only do I enjoy the design aspect, but also the sense of accomplishment when I learn a new skill and complete a project.”

“My family owns a lake cottage in a small town in Ontario, Canada, where my grandmother was born. The cottage has been in our family for three generations.”
