What 3-4 professional and/or personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

• Being able to introduce my personal style into the marketing at Bailey Nurseries, crafting new and exciting ways to communicate to growers, consumers, retailers and landscapers, considering how completely new to the industry I was originally
• Learning more and more about horticulture every day and being able to have conversations with growers and customers alike
• Traveling to all our farm locations and capturing footage and interviews with employees, managers and customers nationwide

What led you to work in the horticulture industry? 

• I started in the horticulture industry by chance, but soon fell in love with its complexity, passion and creativity. 

What’s the best thing about your job? 

• Co-workers

Describe to a 6-year-old what you do in life? 

• I create pretty graphics so people can understand things easily. 

What are your favorite hobbies? 

• Nail design! 

When you’re not working, what are three things we could find you doing? 

• Playing with my cats
• Doing my nails
• Hanging out with my husband

• I am awkward and love cats and mustard.

• Learning languages

What are your top three bucket list items? 

• Visit Australia
• Being able to bring my nephews to visit me
• Visit an elephant sanctuary

What’s your favorite plant variety and why? 

• I love hydrangeas. Although, my favorite plant is Tiger Eyes sumac! 

You’re buying a vacation package to anywhere in the world without a budget, where are you going?

• I’d love to travel to Japan or tour Europe!

• My family, my husband and cats
