What 3-4 professional and/or personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

• I co-created the inaugural Bonnie Leadership Program designed to teach participants how to lead themselves, lead others and lead Bonnie Plants as a whole. 
• I am a certified Power B I Data Analyst. 
• I built a self-service analytics tool (Power B I Reporting) from the ground up that is used by over 900 end users during peak season. 
• I was chosen to speak at SQL Saturday Atlanta (a large conference for data professionals) about the Bonnie Plants data success story and how we have transformed from having basically no data to being a data-enriched company.

What led you to work in the horticulture industry? 

• Bonnie Plants was recruiting at my alma mater, Auburn University, and delivered an awesome presentation about the future of data analytics at the company.
• I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to help build an organization’s data warehouse and reporting tools from the ground up. It’s always special when you’re the first to do something. 

What’s the best thing about your job? 

• Problem solving

Describe to a 6-year-old what you do in life? 

• I work on the computer and tell farmers how to make money.

What are three of your favorite hobbies? 

• Orangetheory Fitness classes
• Traveling to new places
• Pickleball

When you’re not working, what are two to three things we could find you doing? 

• Working on my master’s degree
• Reading the latest fiction book on the bestseller list
• Playing pickleball

Do you have any unusual talents, or can you tell us something interesting about yourself that other people may be surprised to find out? 

• I am not very good at cooking, but I do make a pretty awesome Butterfinger cake. 

One thing you can’t live without? 

• 7 Brew Coffee

• Speed-typing contests

• Visit Europe
• Visit every national park in the country
• Learn another language

What’s your favorite plant variety? 

• Sweet banana peppers because they go great on everything!
