What 3-4 professional and/or personal accomplishments are you most proud of?
- Legal protections support the foundation of our business and assure our partners are treated fairly in the marketplace.
- I became the lead person facilitating all communications and activities between the U.S. and Japanese team, and planned the trip welcoming our U.S. team members to our new state of the art facility in Japan. It was a great opportunity to bring our new team together.
- I learned the in-depth details of our business flow and supply chain management structure in North America from zero horticultural background.
What led you to work in the horticulture industry?
- During the COVID-19 pandemic, I have rekindled my interest in products and jobs that provide solace and healing to people. Horticulture was a perfect match.
