Favorite food: Honey lavender gelato. After relocating, Jason couldn”t find a place that carried it, so he learned how to make it himself. In his spare time: Gardening, hiking, reading brewing beer…and drinking it!

Fun Facts

Continuing a family tradition: Jason”s grandfather studied horticulture at Alfred University in New York and was known for growing more than 200 dahlias in his garden every year carefully lifting the tubers each fall, then dividing and planing them again in the spring.
