Manages customer service team and oversees all aspects of order processing from start to finish, customer notifications, web order placement and claims. Implemented processes and increased efficiencies within company’s order processing team to eliminate almost 80 hours per week from the process during peak seasons.

Kristy’s Kitchen: Kristy loves to bake. “I enjoy trying out new recipes and so does everyone that I share them with.” People often “suggest” recipes to her hoping they can be taste testers.
