Explore Japanese HorticultureSource: Valleybrook

Japan, an island nation of rich history and legendary landscapes, will be the destination for the Valleybrook Garden’s 2009 Horticulture Industry tour in autumn 2009.

Early November is prime time to view Japan’s fall colors and chrysanthemum festivals.

Participants can expect to visit to a mix of retail and wholesale businesses as well as Gardex, one of Asia’s premier green trade shows. The tour will also highlight Japan’s famous gardens, from the grand and sweeping to the small and intimate.

In addition, participants will experience an introduction to the culture and sights of this exotic country, taking in both the bustling cities and the tranquility of an authentic Japanese spa.

Valleybrook’s tours are limited in size. For more information, photos, or to obtain an itinerary for review, contact John Schroeder of Valleybrook Gardens Ltd. at (800) 824-1120.
