SipcamRotam Hires New VP

Michael Maravich has been hired by SipcamRotam to be the company’s new vice president of specialty business.

That role was previously held by George Furrer, who was recently named chief executive officer of United Turf Alliance.

Maravich brings strong ornamental and turf sales and marketing experience to the position, most recently serving as director of strategic sourcing and category management for Primera Inc.

At SipcamRotam, he will oversee the specialty business comprised by ornamental, turf and material preservation business segments.

Maravich is a graduate of the Ohio State University. He will be based out of La Quinta, California.
