Dan Schantz Farm & Greenhouse filed the WARN notice in compliance with the Pennsylvania state law, but anticipates the jobs will remain intact after the business is sold, according to several news reports.
Dan Schantz Farm & Greenhouses is up for sale for $3.1 million, according to the real estate company Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Fox & Roach Realtors. Currently, there is no date announced for the sale of the properties, which includes greenhouses, retail space and more.
