Helped streamline company’s plant production processes in the greenhouse. She says it’s still a work in progress, but every year they are closer to having a more efficient process from production to shipping.

With more than 1,000 line items of both young plants and finished product, she coordinates the purchasing of the company’s inputs at the right time and right quantity.

Chef Kenna: In her spare time, Kenna likes to experiment in the kitchen, more specifically baking new recipes like choux pastry with crème patisserie. Her favorite snack food that she can’t live without is sour gummy worms.

A Woman in High Places: Kenna once climbed Mount Washington, the highest peak in the Northeastern United States (nearly 6,300 feet) in five hours.
