• Worked with the Washington State Department of Agriculture to develop and refine an organic certification program for cannabis, the first of its kind for cannabis production in the United States.
• Executed a 180,000 square-foot canopy expansion to become Illinois’ largest cannabis production site; including the onboarding of 190 cultivation team members.

Ride on! Max used to competitively race bicycles and was the Ohio State criterium champion in 2015.

Following in Mom’s Footsteps (kind of): Max’s mom moved from England to the United States to complete an internship at the Cleveland Botanical Garden. “Almost 20 years later I completed the same internship at the same botanical garden; and my supervisor was my mom’s intern while she worked at the Holden Arboretum!”
