New Blog “Makes Cents” of Green Industry EconomicsSource: Texas A&M University

What are some of the key financial issues keeping growers up at night these days? Odds are that a potential recession, low pricing, reduced profitability, a maturing marketplace and water shortages all make the list. As a means of addressing the major issues facing the industry, and in response to a need for careful economic analysis in order to allow growers to make more informed managerial decisions, Dr. Charles R. Hall, Ellison Chair in International Floriculture at Texas A&M University, has developed a new blog, “Making Cents of Green Industry Economics.”

The blog was created to provide up-to-the-minute commentary related to these issues. As we look to an uncertain future, the blog could be a helpful educational tool, giving you the advantage you need to survive and compete profitably.
