Park Seed adds to wholesale profile with acquisition
J&P Park Acquisitions, the parent company of Park Seed and Park Seed Wholesale, has completed the acquisition of the GeoSeed and Otis Twilley brands from George and Barbara Park.
The integration brings together three longstanding horticultural brands and strengthens Park Seed’s position as a leading supplier of professional-grade seed to commercial growers, greenhouses and resellers across North America.
The combined portfolio now includes more than 8,000 varieties across flowers, vegetables, herbs and ornamentals. This expansion a comprehensive assortment available to professional seed buyers in the industry and increases access to reliable genetics trusted by growers for generations.
GeoSeed and Otis Twilley, both based in Greenwood, South Carolina, will consolidate operations into Park Seed’s nearby headquarters and distribution facility, maintaining their long-standing roots in the local community.

Existing sales relationships will remain in place, ensuring continuity for customers. Over the next several weeks, account management and fulfillment will move to J&P Park’s centralized systems to make service and order processing even more seamless.
