Priva names new systems specialist for Midwest growers

Priva has added Alfredo Biffi to its North American team as account and systems specialist for the Midwest region.

Biffi brings more than 20 years of experience in controlled environment agriculture to the role, with a background in both technical operations and practical applications in advanced greenhouses across North America. Based in Broadview Heights, Ohio, he will support greenhouse growers throughout the Midwest with climate control, automation and integrated system solutions.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Biffi has built a career helping growers adopt efficient strategies to improve production and sustainability in greenhouse operations.

“His experience and grower-focused approach will bring real value to our customers in the region,” said Mike Marino, general manager at Priva North America.

Priva provides climate and process control technologies for horticulture operations, including climate computers, water reuse systems and energy-saving solutions.

Biffi’s addition aims to strengthen customer support and service in a key U.S. growing region, particularly as demand for automation and climate control continues to rise among commercial greenhouse and indoor growers.
