Sollum Technologies appoints Giancarlo Santella as CFO

Sollum Technologies has named Giancarlo Santella as its new chief financial officer.

Santella brings nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance, operations and strategic growth. He most recently served as CFO at Imaflex., where he oversaw growth, financial performance, compliance and long-term planning. He also held finance and advisory positions with BCE Inc. and Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance.

At Sollum, Santella will lead finance, legal and administrative functions while supporting the company’s expansion across North America and other markets.
