• Implemented simple, effective processes to improve PP&L’s plan versus actual accuracy from 90% to 97%.
• Effectively managed hard goods planning and purchasing so there were no significant delays to production throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Planned, integrated, and maintained a new Urbinati sowing line and ISO cutting planters, also implementing a second shift in order to maximize gains.

Brightest Bulb: David graduated from the Naval Nuclear Power School with the highest advancement rating of his class.

A High Note: Born into a music family — that’s also indirectly related to the English royal family — David is a classically trained vocalist and once performed in a sold-out Carnegie Hall.
