Sales Operations Manager

• Helped design company’s order assembly process using lean flow techniques to build a new, more efficient process.

• Has worked in all areas of company’s sales operations including managing the sales team, wholesale pickup, shipping and internal distribution. “I got to understand each department from working directly in it, and using that experience to develop new managers and supervisors.”

Nikki enjoys traveling, hiking, birding (she’s been to the
great Sandhill Crane migration in Nebraska and got to
see an elusive whooping crane!), paint-by-numbers and
hanging out with her cats.

Nikki was on the University of Illinois track team and
threw the javelin.
