Gotta Get Outside: Oz truly enjoys the Great Outdoors and the fresh air and the warmth of the sun. He loves fly fishing, boating, playing soccer and recently enjoys “testing my youth with Crossfit.”

The Wizard of Oz: Oz is the third generation of his family to work in the horticulture industry. “That may not be all that unusual; however, I am Willard Osborn Marshall IV. You can probably guess where ‘Oz’ came from.”
