- Built an extensive, multi-season, multi-crop prebook system that has allowed for better production planning, crop maintenance and increased sales.
- Served on the Virginia Nursery and Landscape Association board of directors from 2009 to 2016, including as president in 2015.
- Has strengthened the relationships between sales, production and inventory to help Saunders Brothers realize sustained growth since 2018.
