• As general manager of Valleybrook Gardens, the company had record profitability for three consecutive years and was the recipient of numerous awards and industry recognition.
• After Valleybrook Gardens was purchased by Brookdale Treeland Nurseries, he was promoted to vice president of sales for all of the BTN locations across Canada and became a member of the BTN executive team.

One of Richard’s favorite hobbies is skiing “because the whole family can do it together. Seeing my children progress so quickly makes it that much better.”

Both of his and wife Lisa’s children were born on the same day but two years apart!
