• Launched an agtech/ biotech startup and is pursuing and securing
  a provisional patent for the company’s flagship product, the Plant Replicator.
• Led her previous tissue culture (TC) lab team from almost losing a top client to becoming recognized as the best lab in the world for TC ipomoea by the same client three years later.
• Has learned vocational Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.

Time to Read: Della’s favorite book is “How to Live Safely in a Science Fiction Universe” by Charles Yu. “It’s about the day-to-day life of a time machine repairman and hits the perfect balance of interesting and mundane for pre-bedtime reading.”

“Escape from Alcatraz:” As a lifelong swimmer, Della is currently training with a friend for the swim across the San Francisco Bay.
