BFG Supply Purchases Greenhouse Megastore

BFG Supply has acquired International Greenhouse Co., dba Greenhouse Megastore, a leading distributor of commercial and hobby greenhouse structures and related products.

The acquisition of GMS  will expand BFG’s greenhouse capabilities and product selection that will further improve service levels to customers in the horticulture market.

The combined company operates 17 warehouses across the U.S. and Canada, totaling more than 1.2 million square feet. Headquartered in Burton, Ohio, BFG distributes a full line of products across complementary green industry segments including professional horticulture, lawn and garden, hydroponic, and controlled environment agriculture (CEA).

GMS, headquartered in Danville, Illinois, was founded in 1993. The company has technical knowledge of greenhouse structures and operations developed over many years of experience in the industry.
