Dramm Expands Online User Forum
For the last several years, Dramm Corp. has offered an online forum to allow its customers to post questions and review prior questions and answers for any of the company’s products.
This feature helps users find solutions quickly, even during off-hours. 
To facilitate this process, Dramm has expanded the forum on www.dramm.com to include the most recent posts on the sidebar of each product page. Now users can view forum questions and answers for specific products right on that product page.
Including the posts focused on that product helps centralize information for quicker access.
The site also has product manuals and operational, how-to and troubleshooting videos on the product pages.
