Marion Ag Service welcomes staff changes, new hires
As part of Marion Ag Service’s continued growth rooted in its strategic plan, it has made team member appointments and hired additional staff.
John Wayland
In support of its horticultural market growth, Marion Ag Service has hired John Wayland as the horticulture business development lead. Wayland is a stalwart in the Pacific Northwest nursery and greenhouse markets and has served growers for decades.
Susan Bradley and Ashlee Spickler
To support the growth of its horticulture business, Marion Ag Service has added Susan Bradley and Ashlee Spickler to its support team. Both Bradley and Spickler will support the horticulture team with customer relationships, order logistics and managing inventory.
Justin Horlacher
Marion Ag Service has hired Justin Horlacher to support the growth of its wholesale market segment. Horlacher’s role will initially focus on working with aligned distributors to position the value of PurKote technology.
Doug Grott
Marion Ag Service has also added Doug Grott, director of sales, to execute growth across all of the company’s market segments.
Jeff Freeman
Jeff Freeman, director of sales and marketing, will transition into a new role as chief strategy and marketing officer for Marion Ag Service. Freeman will lead the company’s business development strategies and oversee marketing mixes that create value for its customers.
Erin Galyean
Marion Ag has hired Erin Galyean as its chief financial officer.
