OHP to Hold PGR Demonstration during Pack Trials

Dave Barcel, senior technical manager for OHP, Inc., in cooperation with American Takii, has set up a number of plant growth regulator trials at the upcoming California Pack Trials and will share the results with attendees.
Barcel will be showing the effects of PGRs alone or in combinations on at least eight crops including ipomoea, celosia, zinnia, linaria, pansy, petunia and canna, among others. His work will focus on OHP’s Cycocel (chlormequat chloride), B-Nine (daminozide) and Paczol (paclobutrazol). Dennis Kern, OHP western regional sales manager, and Barcel will be on hand to answer questions and provide copies of trial details.
