The Halfway Point
It’s hard to believe, but 2018 is already half over. Time sure flies when you’re working hard, doesn’t it?
Now that we’ve flipped the calendar page to July, I’d like to know how the first six months of the year were for your business?
Are your sales up, down or the same compared to the first six months of 2017?
How did Mother Nature treat you during the spring season? Did she throw you any curve balls?
Did you encounter any unforeseen issues that impacted your business? What could you have done differently to avoid those issues?
Were there any pleasant surprises that caught you off guard that you really benefited from? What were they, and have you figured out yet why you didn’t see them coming?
Now that we are really rolling into the dog days of summer, what are you planning for the second half of this year?
Have you had a chance to re-examine your 2018 business plan (you do have one, don’t you?) and make the appropriate adjustments for the next six months?
