• As an Extension educator at Penn State, Nick was part of a team that provided technical support, education and outreach for Pennsylvania growers including PSU’s first-ever virtual Flower Trials Field Day.
• Member of tech services team that provides grower support through one-on-one discussions, in-person and virtual greenhouse visits, technical and grower training resources and social media.

A Thirst for Water Activities: Nick enjoys scuba diving, swimming, kayaking and “pretty much anything that lets me enjoy the water.”

Road to Recovery: Nick was wheelchair-bound for four months following a car accident. Now fully recovered, the “experience taught me how far I can push myself, to never take life for granted, never give up, and … how truly lucky I am to have such an amazing wife, family and group of friends.”
