• Reworked Bailey’s onboarding and training process for new sales representatives and used that for 12 new reps in the last year.
• Helps plan and coordinate company events, including a 50-person, week-long national sales meeting.

Chef’s Kiss: A cooking class in Rome sparked Kellie’s love of cooking and baking. “If I ever perfect my BBQ sauce recipe from scratch, that will go down as my greatest accomplishment, secret family recipe-style!”

Going Wild: Although she’s traveled a lot, Kellie’s favorite place in the world is the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in Minnesota on Lake Superior.
