AmericanHort launches 2025 salary and benefits survey

AmericanHort has opened its 2025 Salary & Benefits Benchmark Survey, offering greenhouse and nursery growers and garden retailers detailed insights into workforce compensation and benefits.

The survey, available through Sept. 26, provides participants with a report covering 34 job titles ranging from executives and managers to production staff and retail associates. The report also includes data on benefits such as healthcare, retirement, paid time off and incentives, along with staffing structures and demographic trends.

“The Salary & Benefits Benchmark Report is one of the most valuable resources we offer our members and industry partners,” said Ken Fisher, president and CEO of AmericanHort. “It provides trusted data that eliminates guesswork and helps businesses compete more effectively for talent in today’s challenging labor market.”

All data is collected by Industry Insights, a third-party research firm and results are reported only in aggregate. The final report will be released in early December and is available exclusively to survey participants.

The survey is open to AmericanHort members and non-members across greenhouse, nursery and garden retail sectors.
